Service lambat.. kaunter 1-5 sudah pukul 2.30 pun masih tiada org di situ. Where are the people?? Only 1 person at counter 6-8. Where the other people???? Lama menunggu tapi masih tiada org menjaga di kaunter 1-5. Takkan la masih lunch.. agak2 la... nombor tiket dari sblm lunch until now still maintain the same. Please make an improvement about services..

Lousy customer services, first phone call always push here and there to different number and no one answering call. Simple loan settlement questions can't answer properly.

Total 13 counter..staff serving 3 person..waiting time 1 hour..what a lousy service..

Parking can be difficult to find around this area during working hours but not on weekends and public holidays.The ATM and cash deposit machine is right after the entrance and can easily get congested with people queueing for their turn because the spacing is small. No problems after working hours tho.
