I came here to open saving account on 2.35p.m today. They told me had to wait till 3.30p.m cause the person in charge is having tea time. Bad services

Bad time response. Came here to change duit raya but it seems like they give priorities to other services first even though the queue number for duit raya service is quite long. Even a makcik that comes later than me got to be served first. Kind of frustrated when had to wait for almost an hour to do such a simple service.
