Wow, is all I have to say , the online banking was down this morning so I call I finally get threw after being on the phone 7 minutes before "MARYANN" came on I explained what I needed and proceeded to tell me I could not have that information over the phone. My exact quote I said I just explained the site was down. Oh I was not paying attention are you kidding me. This was by far the worse experience I have had in the 8 years I've been bank with Choice One. My husband and I only have a short window before our loans are paid and I believe will be moving our business to another institution. I'm beyond upset with the way that was handled this morning. Apparently I shouldn't care whether you have my business or since paying attention is a option. Ugh
