Client Review on Choice One Community Credit Union

The Wilkes-Barre location has gone completely down hill! They went from having 6-7 tellers at the windows and now they're down to 2! Service is extremely slow and they never answer the phone when you call! I've recently been having issues because my daughter's savings keeps getting closed due to inactivity (which is fine) but when I went to add her to my account the teller didn't know how to do that and had to get a manager..... Today my mobile banking signed me out, I figured I would stop in and ask them to help me, again the teller was clueless and got a manager to help she told me I have to start over! Delete the app and start over...tried that, and it turns out I can't just delete the app because I'm already signed up for mobile banking app! Needless to say I called the 800 number to try and get some help.... Plains branch answers and the woman helped me in 10 minutes!!! Wb needs to get their act together!!!!! I'm ready to find a new bank!
