Client Review on Choice Check Cashing

Feedback:

Tried to talk to the person who answered the phone. They said they cash personal check but that they "may not" be able to cash mine for me. He then hung up on me before I could ask further questions. I called back and he said his systems were down and that he was "Too busy" at the moment to help a potential customer. How could be too busy with customers if all of his systems were down. I attempted to bring my business to this company and they refused to even attempt to help remedy my situation or find a solution to my "possible not" cashing of my check. This business seems to have terrible business work ethics and horrendous customer support. If you have any questions about them don't even bother to call because they will not help you, make you feel like an inconvenience, and probably hang up on you like they did to me twice. I wish I could give negative stars but one star will have to suffice.
