This bank makes bad loans. They feed off the broke they well take advantage of you. I would recommend RCB way better rates. Stay a way from this bank never will I do business here again. Can't get 2% rates at Cherokee strip they sell your loan to another bank that's why there rates are so high RCB don't do that. STAY AWAY!! GO TO RCB FOR ALL YOUR LOAN THEY MAKE THE PROCESS EASIER AS WELL.

They were all wonderful and so very helpful in making it easy to get my car! Merrilee is top notch! Would recommend them to anyone! Getting pre-approved is so nice!
