Mark Fulton is the biggest jerk in the entire Tulsa area. He is conceited and fires people that know more about him. He wants to be the CEO but isn't good enough. How a man like this gets into a position he has is unbelievable. I'm aware he works for another Dept but this is the first Cherokee site I found. Him and Gary Waddell have cost the Cherokee tribe millions of dollars as they are not familiar with the casino industry. This is a casino not a Wal Mart.

Such a pity I can’t give them negative stars. Federal Contractors, and they despise Disabled Veterans. No Severance Package, they won’t make accommodations, no relocation. Will be reporting them to the GAO, and hopefully they will loose all contracts.
