I have dealt with charlies since charlie was running it, they have always offered exceptional service and stood behind the products they sold with a gaurantee. I feel important inside their facility, they put the customer first and handle any discrepancies with the utmost professionalism and respect that you'd expect from any company, new or old. Practiced values of a pawn store veteran are what to expect.

Bought a "New" S&W M&P Sport II. Got it home and found carbon in places you shouldn't. Retired US Army NCO. I know a dirty gun when I see it.Owner told me the rifle was new and the old owner had ordered it but couldn't pay for it. I'm a regular gun buyer but not from Charlie's.
