I got a great deal on a PlayStation 4 my husband had been wanting for years. We did encounter some problems signing in to the PlayStation network that we thought might end up making the device unusable, but my husband was able to call PlayStation and get the bugs worked out, and I felt good knowing that I had been told I could bring the device back with the receipt if I had any problems whatsoever. Very friendly service that put me at ease. I would recommend this pawn shop if you cannot afford retail prices for that special product you desire! My husband is super excited about his new PlayStation 4! Thanks.

I had written a review about this place a couple years ago not sure where it went. However, I'm glad I was able to write another one. This is by far the best place in St Charles county. My husband and I have done business here over the years on our ps4 and firearm. Every time we go in its always a professional quick and hassle-free exchange. Not like other places that low ball you we got great deals on our ps4 and firearm! I like how they are very upfront from the beginning no surprises no feeling like you've just been had like other shops tend to be. We will always use this business in the future and also recommend to family and friends!

This place is AWESOME to do business with.. Always gives me a fair price on things I've pawned ( I never sell ) AND, I was working in Chicago not too long ago and had my Martin acoustic guitar paid $800.00 cash 10 months ago, only pawned for $150.00 and I was WAY LATE, I made no call asking for extension of time, etc. I came in about 5-6 weeks late and he STILL gave it back to me at the price of the ticket.. If he cared ONLY for the MONEY it was in his best interest to keep it. He did NOT hesitate to get it for me and I half expected it to be on the rack already for sale at $675.00 Try to find another pawn broker who does THAT in 2017!!?!!?? they are MY pawn brokers at the exclusion of ALL others.. Thanks guys SO MUCH!!
