Feedback:

It's a sad day when the customer, me, gets scammed $400 out of my account and the bank, CFEFCU, doesn't rectify the situation. I called & emailed & sent all the forms in exactly as they requested only to have them tell me: wrong form. So then thy completed the form & sent it to me to sign & I did & sent it in only to have them tell me too much time had passed since the transaction SCAM and that they could not put my money back in my account. DO NOT USE CFE. CROOKS

Feedback:

I have always enjoyed speaking with them.

Feedback:

These people never return your call and as a result you'll never get anything done. If you ask for a particular department, they will tell you they are just an extended call center and they'll just have to submit your request and have somebody call you back...hopeless.

Feedback:

Worst bank ever. They have horrible customer service. Your never able to talk to someone live beside the call center. I have dealing in regarding closing my saving account with them since 2/17/18 and still haven’t got a call back

Feedback:

I'm fairly new (only had my account for 2 weeks) however I had to write my thoughts and opinions on the experiences I have had thus far. I have been with BOA and Chase for almost 6 years now, and kept hearing that a Credit Union was the place to go as far as building your credit and getting loans for Cars, House etc. I decided to open up an account. I did it online, went through all the steps, uploaded the documents they needed from me and I was approved. They charged me $10 to open the account and $5 minimum deposit into my savings. I opened both a checking and a savings account. I transferred money from my bank of America account into my CFE account, small amounts just incase anything went wrong with the transactions. 2 separate transfers totaling $20 (10 bucks each transfer). A few days after my last transfer I tried to log into my account online (the same way I had done it at least 20 times before) only to be told the info I entered was incorrect. After trying about 6 times and being denied I called customer service. They could inform me that my account was closed but couldn't tell me "why" I was told I had to go into a branch for that. I work during the hours almost all their branches are open, so I had to come into work late in order to visit a branch. Once I got to the branch, I found out it was because of a document I didn't sign (I know for a fact I did) but he could open me up another account right then and their since the other one was closed. I was cool with that but asked him "so what happens to the money I had in the other account?" I was informed that it was mailed out to the mailing address I had on file. I opened a new account with him and then raced over to the post office to check my po box. Surely enough I had mail from CFE, I opened it up and surely enough there was my refund..............however it was $20 dollars short, it only included the $15 I paid to open my account ($10 fee and $5 into savings) it was missing the $20 form the two $10 dollar transfers I did. By this time I was already late to work and figured I would just call and see what happened...............................This is where my displeasure with CFE comes into play. The numbers for customer service that they have are to a central customer service center, you can't reach any branch directly by phone, you have to go in person. On top of this they will not provide you info over the phone, like your account # for instance. I know It is for security purposes but If I can verify all of my security questions with you over the phone, then what is the problem. I have to spend time out of my day to drive into a branch just to get my account number so I can register online. It is ridiculous. It is more annoying and disappointing then anything because I have heard such good things about CFE, but based on the few experiences I have had thus far, it appears that their quality of customer service compared to Bank of America and Chase (both who I bank with as well) especially dealing with online matters, lacks badly. It would appear the answer to all the questions I have asked was "you have to go into a branch" "we can't do anything on our end" it is almost laughable.

Feedback:

The people that work here don't seem seem to care how long you've been waiting, they're very slow and they will sit there and chat with other guests when they have one that's been standing in line for awhile. Took me 30 minutes to exchange my change, which took me less then 2 minutes, while my husband and 3 year old had to wait around for me. I've had an account with this credit union for over 10 years and they seem to be going downhill with their guest service all around.

Feedback:

Doesn’t have good customer service and doesn’t really accommodate their non local clients
