Feedback:

No wonder these fools have a one star.. I had representative come in and sell me her company. We got on the phone with her boss which at this time I do not remember. I gave them my conditions and one of them was no contract. A year and a half later I call them to be sure since had a better quote from another company, and what did I find out? That they did put me on a three year contract. Now I am stuck with these dirt bags for another 2 years. Remember to always keep documentation, being new to entrepreneur I didn't know how to but from this point on all is being filed. Card processing companies are all dirt bags and scammers..

Feedback:

Same company as Intrepid Payment Processing. They operate under different names to avoid their terrible reviews. Run the other way!

Feedback:

I worked as a recruiter for this company and I can verify that it is a SCAM! All anyone in the company cares about is making money. I made great money working there by lying to everyone on a daily basis... and I was regularly rewarded for it. Eventually I got burnt out and quit but anyone thinking about doing business with or working at this company should run the other direction. I was there 5 years and they changed the name of the company 3 times... all to avoid the bad reviews. Cpp, certified Payment processing, thinkpoint financial, axis, summit, cypress bay, first American payments systems. All the same company and all a scam.

Feedback:

I work for a credit card processing company. A lady from CPP called us, portraying herself as one of our customers (we know our customers personally) and said she was being audited and needed a copy of her statement ASAP. We knew it wasn't her, asked her to verify her social, and she did! We immediately called our customer, who said she had been harassed by this company for weeks. She made the mistake of giving them info, thinking it was a necessary call to check for compliance. It is 100% a scam. The fact this lady has pretended to be our customer to get her personal and business banking info, is sickening. PLEASE BE CAREFUL! Our customer is filing a police report and we have told the lady to stop the calls. She called our business at least 5 times trying to get her info. NEVER give your information over the phone, or fall for someone pretending to "check compliance" over the phone. If you can't meet them in person, more than likely you shouldn't talk to them!

Feedback:

I called the State of Texas business registry and these people are Not registered at all to run business. They are a fake scam company and are strangely vindictive to people that say "no thanks" when they call. After the first time we said no thanks, they have called our home business daily at 7-8am with a robocalls that hangs up on us. I've also contacted the State of Texas Attorney General on this matter and have already heard back that they are actively being investigated. They are in violation of Multiple laws and consumer protection acts put in place to keep individuals safe from abusive harassment from companies. So far, with the amount of calls I've received from "intrepid" I could already win over $100,000 in damages. I am keeping a file and log of every time they call. You should too, because what they are doing is completely illegal and there are a Lot of lawyers who would love to represent your case. They will no longer be getting away with their unethical practices. Google the woman who won $229,500 in damages from robocalls just last summer (2015). It's worth your time to document these scam artists and make them Pay!!

Feedback:

I love this company they have really helped me.

Feedback:

RUDE!!! Today our company received a call from a sales rep. Her pitch was sketchy, stating she was just updating info, etc. I politely told her we do all card processing directly through our bank. She immediately and quite rudely hung up on me. I find this extremely unprofessional - and a good indicator of what to expect if you should ever used this company and had a problem. I strongly suggest not giving this company any of your time.

Feedback:

Won't stop calling

Feedback:

Seriously, stop calling. Worst business practice. I get tons of phone calls with no one on the line. I can't even request they remove my number because there is no one to talk to. They must be using some kind of illegal telemarketing device and not know how to work it.

Feedback:

I came from Louisiana to work here in Texas. And CPP made it like a dream to work there. Make up $1000 a week. Everything they said during the 2 days training was a lie. They threw you on the phone without shadowing anyone to understand how to do it. Not even a week went by I get fired for not keeping up with my last week meeting set up. I'm new and they have to let me learned. This the deal, when you ask to put me on the do not call list it take 24-48hrs. To take you off. The thing is they do make sell to business owners. So they will stay in business unless otherwise.
