Feedback:

Not at all the community focused financial institution it used to be. Policy requires cashing of member's checks be done inside, through the back door. Seriously still asking for phone numbers? Employees are proficiently polite.

Feedback:

This bank has zero technical support outside business hours. My PIN was not set up correctly when my new card was created, so I'm unable to take out any cash that is needed this weekend. They do not have an after hours support line.

The customer service is amazing, all of the tellers at the Superior branch are awesome. Brenda Peterson in the loan department is so kind.

Feedback:

Courteous and helpful staff, very easy to deal with and know you personally after a few visits. Definitely not as restrictive as the big banks when interacting at an account level.
