Not very happy with this banking company at all because half the time the atm machines are out of service also acouple the office people dont seem to ever be in a good mood also they falsely advertise about helping and getting everyone approved for a loan of some kind and it's the only place that I know of that charges to have acouple bank statements printed out

I left Central Sunbelt several years back. They don't try to help their members and to me that's not good business. I have decent credit and also have been on my job nearly ten years. After being with them several years and being declined for anything I applied for I decided it was time to try something else.

They have helped me out on several occasions, always there when I have an issue I recommend them to anyone who is tired of the regular banking bull crap

I have found that Central Sunbelt makes it very hard for members to get a loan. I have been a member for nine years and still have a hard time getting a loan. I make decent money and have been employed for 7 years with the same company. I also own a home. I don't understand why they choose to not work with there members at all. I also often travel out of town for work and had to get a credit card because Central Sunbelt would lock my debit card because it was used out of state. I called to get it unlocked and answered all their questions just to have them not turn it back on until the next day. I went to my local branch and requested to have this feature turned off and offered to sign a waiver so the credit union wouldn't be held liable but they refused. They told me I have to call every time I leave the state so they know and won't lock my card again.
