My business has been a customer of Central Payment for the last 2 1/2 years. They have been nothing but outstanding! My rates are outstanding and the customer service is second to none. Whenever I call, I always get someone on the phone and they are eager to answer my questions or help me solve a problem. They have helped me through disputes and when my business had a lightning strike last year, it took out my CC machine. Not only was I up and running by the end of the day, they did not charge me for the new machine! I have referred multiple people to them and I will continue to do so. Keep up the great work guys and thank you for saving me money!!

C-Pay WI took over our our entire resort, campground, and waterpark and we could not more pleased with the customer service, low fees and attentive responses. Nick, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend C-Pay WI.

They called my store where I worked wanting to get our business on a credit card system through them. I started to mention that has to go through our corporate office and the person immediately hung up. Rude. Unprofessional. And clearly they only want to reach individuals to probably trick them into something. Seems shady and possibly a scam institution. Watch out for them.

BEWARE! I was with this company for over 4 years. I had a 3 year contract that was honored as of last year. I cancelled to go with another company for better rates. They went in to my account and took a $300 cancellation fee. I called them to get it refunded, they refused! Said that because I stayed with them after the 3 year contract was satisfied that they entered me in a new 2 year contract....WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
