Got a call from this company, lady asked to speak with my owner, pretty sure human beings don't have owners. When I offered to direct her to appropriate department, she wouldn't say where she was calling from or what she needed, and hung up on me. Rude! Then she called back, less than 5 minutes later, and asked to speak with an officer of the company. When I offered to help her, she just kept repeating that she only wanted to speak with an officer. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she refused, which is illegal for cold call solicitors to do. Might need some training there. Just not good practices if you are trying to business with other businesses. Plus common courtesy is to introduce yourself when you call someone! Basic manners might have gotten you somewhere.
