We were with CPay for over a year and were told there would be no hidden fees. That was an outright lie. Instead of 1.25% interest and a small transaction fee, they charged us over 4.5% on average due to a LOT of hidden fees. We switched to Paypal because even though their interest rate is higher, there were no additional fees. The favorable reviews on their Yelp page come from people with little to no previous activity and we should have seen that as a red flag. You'll be paying triple with this company over Square or Paypal. Plus their customer service department is clueless.

Excellent company; cares very much about their merchants, training, security, customer service, and very responsive. Would highly recommend if you understand as a business owner how important choosing your merchant payment processor REALLY is.

Horrible customer service and support. Took 4 months to get money transferred into my account. Stay away from this company. Now i want to cancel my account because I sold my business and no longer am running credit cards and they want $300 to cancel 2 months early.

PLEASE BEWARE, this company will take unautherized money from your account. We cancel with them in writing in Nov. 2017 we paid charges all winter, finally got a partial refund, we canceled again in writing but is now July and they are still sucking money from our account every month. Please don't trust this company.
