Extremely disgusted and disappointed by treatment by loan officer at the Woodbridge NJ office. Knowing thad I had an urgent matter with motor vehicles, the loan officer chose to go to lunch and felt it was ok for me to wait at the DMV office until lunch was over, so she could fax the document I needed. How dare she? What kind of service is this? I am first and the costumer is last? Sharing my negative experience with the world. Furious 😡.
