They are always rude and slow. They never return my bag to me.

The worst customer service I have ever had. They really don't care about you and don't pay the bonus they promise you neither.

Trust me, this is my bank it will always been my #1 bank, i have been at this location since they only have single and only location, they know me by first name or last name or even nick name. My regular banking every Monday is here, if i cant get there in time then one phone call is all i need, problem solved!

If you come to this bank because another bank's app or website told you this is a place where you can make a withdrawal at their ATM without any fees, be careful. If that ATM says it's charging you a fee, IT'S CHARGING YOU A FEE.

This bank sucks my ass. Head management seems to be very smug and snobby and in my experience is the worst customer service ever. Seems to be for the most part of group of very incompetent people. Lianne and Nathan are great
