Total dedication to the customer. A great track record!

What was the best part of the experience?

all bad, our reps voice mail was full and the other people just wanted is to call some else.

What would you change about the experience?

It would be nice not to have to spend hours on the phone while they blame someone else. Then they decided it was their fault they lied about that too

This is the worst company! terrible customer service They don't even know how to run a company. There product is crap, they have no idea what they are doing never fix any problems and never return any calls. Joey will not respond to a phone call!
