We switched to their POS software in early 2019.It has been a good move for our business. We were able to migrate our data from our old POS which was a big help. We have been pleased with our results. We get a lot more done on the average day and our in stock inventory has improved due to better reporting. No system is perfect but this has been a great transition for us. I have called tech support whenever I hit a bump and usually get things solved right away while on the phone.

We have been using Celerant for 7 years and are very pleased. They continue to stay updated with changes in technology. This is very important as the retail market is continuously changing. We would not be able to handle the changes in the eCommerce space without Celerant's Best Store Fulfillment. The POS is very easy to use and training new employees is very easy due to the touch-based interface.

Celerant is the worst POS system I have used. We invested over 40,000.00 into a software that is plagued with problems. The date and sales records that have been lost are absolutely unacceptable. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Ian the CEO is far more interested in passing blame and yelling at his customers than actually providing support for a subpar product. Stay far away from this company and his products. The only reason for a 1 star is that is the only way to post. It should be a zero star.

Software can be challenging across the board...implementations, upgrades, conversions, etc. Celerant Technology does a good job of managing the customer experience with a knowledgeable technical expertise staff. Thanks for the continued support on both, the brick & mortar and online side of our business.

Worst company when it comes to being a customer or an employee. Management is ineffective at doing their jobs, and even worse is the outdated software they offer. On top of that, the company is overcharging for this software, and any services a client would want as a result of Celerant employees messing up their job. And I'm talking about overcharging in the thousands. Maybe the employees don't do their jobs as they pay them late (signs of a company going under) and lay off their hardworking and dedicated employees that actually do their jobs.

As a firearm retailer, we face a lot of difficulties when it comes to choosing POS system, Credit Card processing, insurance, etc.. Celerant's Cumulus software for the firearms industry has been great. With loads of features designed specifically for the needs of the Firearm Industry it is a massively powerful piece of software. Despite the inevitable bugs and technical issues that come along with large systems, Celerant's support staff and training staff do an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly for retailers.

I would highly recommend then to any retailer. My experience has been more than positive and the employees I have worked with have gone above and beyond for me and my boss. The software has a lot of layers to us and I can see us using it for much more than we are right now. Just scratching the surface.
