I used their billing service, paid for a service and got nothing. I called and asked what the problem was and got static. I talked to a supervisor and he couldn't handle me as an upset customer. I would steer away from any company that uses CC Bill as a service, because they don't provide any service to the end users.All of their agents are located in Serbia. Buyer beware.Update: After this review was posted I did eventually get a refund for the charge. It was a very difficult process.

Scammer alert!!! I signed up with them a few months ago to help me charge credit card transactions for my clients. Their customer service is horrible! I have called numerous times to them to ask for help and the issue got never fixed. They have a poor system that double charged my clients every month. It's a hassle for me to always provide refunds and it gave a negative impact and lost of trust from my preferred clients. Get rid of this company!
