Horrifying customer care. I wouldn't answer and respond to even wrong numbers the way they respond to Customer calls.Payment collection and settlements is fine, but that is the bare minimum they could do. Confusing and primitive User Dashboard UI though.

People working here are too confused, all they want is you to pay as soon as possible, thank god for a long weekend so I couldn’t pay, i wasn’t informed that they are unable to provide certain services which were most important to me and my business but had they mentioned in their initial quote that they do provide those services, this is not fair and definitely not professional.
