FBC Borrowdale Branch has the worst service i have ever seen. The staff behave like they are being forced to service you. Today i went in there for the first time and i was sent to go and photocopy my documents elsewhere. When i finally did it i was referred to deposit funds. The lady who served me spoke to me with signs and gestures and she wouldn't greet me back. The next gentleman was on his phone the whole time he was serving me. I have never been so insulted on a bank. And i thought MetBank was bad. This one takes the cup

This is the only CBZ branch which i enjoy visiting. The only bad thing is standing while waiting to be attended to. The Credit Analyst's office is welcoming and very effective, all my issues have been resolved instantly in most cases and follow ups have been fruitful. There is need for sheds in the parking lot though. Four star rating for now😊

The services are very poor compare to any other bank. I will be closing my account with CBZ and rather change to a more efficient bank!!!!!
