Gary was truly a blessing. Not only was he professional but he was also very personable. Through tough times the kindness of one person even a stranger can really make a big impact. When he would contact me regarding paperwork, forwarding documents, etc. he would always ask how I was doing. I could always tell he was sincere. He wasnt just asking to be polite. I didn’t feel like I was another case number. A name on a paper. That’s hard to find these days. He went above and beyond what his work required. If I ever need to use this type of service I will definitely be returning to this company and asking for him directly. I can say that I honestly highly recommend CBC.

This company is the biggest joke I've ever seen in my life..I have been lied to through the whole process..I have been denied on every occasion to speak to a member of management..and still have not received my funds after going to court a week ago..nothing was done correctly during this process and even my original annuity company can confirm that..if you have a brain in your head you will never do any business with this company.

This company uses a robo dialer and then denies that they called. These types of unethical movile marketing tactics need to stop. Robo dialing a place of business is even worse

My experience with CBC was outstanding! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Gary. From the start, he was helpful. He answered every question, he was friendly and made the entire process so much easier. CBC did more than expected and went above and beyond my expectations! I will most definitely recommend not only CBC but Gary as well to anyone and everyone. Thank y’all SO much.

Dealing with this place was an absolute train wreck from the beginning. I’m not even upset that they weren’t able to help me, but the process along the way was terrible. Mike was one of the worst customer service representatives I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. I would just get lie after lie and when I’d try and bring up a problem he would just speak over me and interrupt me constantly. Every date I was promised something would happen, would pass with nothing from him or the company. I’m not even going to bullet point every single problem I encountered along the way. Compassion and transparency are important in your position, Mike. Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I had a wonderful experience with CBC, Dwayne Coubarous was very delightful and went of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He is a very delightful handler, Huge shout to him. I will be working with this company if I need another settlement cash now.
