CBC National Bank has been the WORST,STRESSFUL, CONFUSED EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!Senior Mortgage Loan Officer Craig E Small(johns creek)has eroded all trust and confidence I once had in HIM! My experience is as follows;After sending all required docs (pay stubs/tax returns) to Mr.Small I was FALSELY notified Of my qualification for a conventional loan. Within a week I found a Smyrna Townhome I really liked and proceeded to have an inspection. Only after paying $500 for the inspection and moving forward to an appraisal WAS I THEN NOTIFIED OF MY INELIGIBILITY FOR A CONVENTIONAL LOAN! Costing me $500 and my dream home(first time homebuyer)!In my opinion CBC Bank has been the MOST STRESSFUL & CONFUSING TIME OF MY LIFE!GET OUT FAST!!!!*Currently working on switching loan officers, will update!
