Feedback:

I work regular business hours, they will call me multiple times a day during my work day, but yet can't respond to emails????I need my monthly minimum payment to be lower so that I can actually make a payment on the website, but they don't reply to emails apparently?? I have told them I need it no more than $40 per month on the phone, yet it's set at $50. So clearly talking to them on the phone is equally USELESS. I'm just trying to pay my bill off with payments that actually work for me. This service SUCKS.

I was struggling with eviction papers and they were willing to speak with me and answer my questions with no expectations. They were courteous and very helpful.

Rude Obnoxious female worker. Someone MUST take sue the wits out of these lying people. Soon, very very soon. If you were mistreated by this rude lady, write a review. BBB has been contacted, a lawyer was contacted too.
