I was attempting to purchase a vehicle and was told many times that I had an approval. Then day after day it was a delay. He would tell me "I just sold 3 cars today so sorry, I didn't call you until now." Well geez, I would like to buy a car. Then I was told to come in Wed to finish up paperwork so I took the day off. No call and no show. I called them to find out what was going on. His response was, oh yeah the we submitted another vehicle and the bank manager reviewed ppwk of previous vehicle and said you need more money down for the vehicle I wanted. Oh really,! That's interesting because the conversation I had the night before, he told me he is losing about 2000. I said, I'm sorry you can change your mind. he said, no. Coincidentally, the next day I have to come up with at least 2700.00. WOW. I don't have a problem with business needing to make money. My problem is that he should have been honest. Because of his dishonesty, I lost $275.00 today for not being at work. I needed a car asap because of my job. When people need a car, they don't have time for misrepresentation. I have a life and people depending on me. Had this gone through, I would have come back to get another car next year. When things go well, I'm a loyal customer. I'm a person of habit.
