THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PAWN SHOP I HAVE EVER VISITED. My goodness they lack the proper knowledge to handle and treat priceless gold. I left my chain here at Casino Pawn and Gold for not even 1 month and the way they tested it tainted my gold!! And then they have the audacity to say “oh well we shouldn’t have even given you any money for it.” Unacceptable customer service, Waited 30 minutes just to wait even longer while WENDY would rather take a phone call! Never again will I associate with Casino Pawn and Gold. 0 / 10 for me if I could.
