I have had my CashPass account since 2012 and I am very happy with the service I get. I am always treated with respect and kindness no matter what my issues have been over the years. I am very outspoken and I don’t tolerate any mistreatment by service companies. The competition is stiff enough in America that it’s easy to change companies in a heartbeat if you’re dissatisfied for any reason. All the employees I have dealt with have been great, but Maribel is stellar quality! She is warm and knowledgeable about anything that I question. She takes the time to explain everything without being condescending. The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t have 24 hour customer service. But they do have an app and a 24 hour automated system.
