If I could give it no stars I would absolutely would horrible customer service very rude to my husband. When someone doesn’t explain something right do not yell at your customers because you don’t know how to do your job. I’m pretty sure she already has her two week notice in if not she shouldn’t be employable at this location very UNPROFESSIONAL thought she was gonna have a heart attack over a small mistake with a title transfer. Crazy how when people need to do their job they tend to over react and freak out. I worked outside for most of my career and I can say I have never treated anyone like this before STAY AWAY if you don’t want to feel like garbage or be treated INFERIOR.

Went to cash a $500 personal check written to me by my mom. They verified through calling and verifying the check number, address and name. 20min late the cashier comes back and states they cannot cash a check that large. Which is ridiculous a check cashing company Cannot cash a check $500. Apparently they think I am stealing from my own mother whom they talked too to verify It was ok. When requesting to speak to a manager whom the employee stated said they are not allowed to cash a check that high she responded with I cannot get in contact with the manager.

I wish I didnt even have to give them a star, they dont deserve anything. Their fees are a rip off. They charge you fees to deposit money on your prepaid card and then charge you even higher bogus charges to withdraw money. example, to withdrawl $250 they charge almost $18.00 with is ridiculous and uncalled for. Rip off company !!! Use Ace or another company.

I've cashed plenty of checks their me and my husband had a issue one time about a year ago was in the store and the owner happen to be their working told him our experience he said next time we have a issue to have staff call him a few months later staff said they couldn't verify told him what owner said they did call and got it approved tonight went in their and the only lady working their said nope can't cash it my wife told her to give the owner a call because that what he had told us she told my wife no I'm not doing that he in Chicago this is her payroll check we have cashed checks at least 5 times larger than tonight 700 dollars check we will not be going back their they have lost our business. The owner was a really nice man but employee wise I understand but she could of called someone looked us up seen we never had any return or bad checks I would recommend going to Walmart for now on

Got fake money, a $100 bill, from here and they refused to make it right and exchange it for a real one.. I cash my check here every week and have cashed them here for 2.5 years..
