The ATM outside only works between the hours of 9am to 8pm and the majority of my banking is through this ATM. It is very inconvenient although the service INSIDE (when open) is great.

I reached out to the bank to refinance my parent's mom-and-pop small business (motel), and was turned down because the business is not a franchise/un-flagged motel. It is ironic to me that a small business itself and, what I consider, a non-flagged bank has such policies against small businesses. The part that bothered me the most was that I wasn't even allowed/asked to present my personal or the business financials for them to base their decision on. I guess they judge books by their cover. I am sure they are a good bank and provide good services, but this was my experience.
