Had to get a payday loan. Everything went great and I got the money. Was told if you ever needed to change your withdrawal date let us know. Called to change date and it was as easy as cake. Or so I thought. Checked my account a few days later and they still tried to pull it on the original date even though it was changed. Guess what??? My account received a NSF fee and they have no record of me calling. If you have to use them just make sure you document everything as they obviously don't. And guess who has to pay the $31.00 NSF fee due to their incompetence. You guessed it - me. There are plenty of other payday loan places. If you have to get one I would use them not this one. Aug 23rd, 2017 - I was called and I said it should work but I would call if I needed to change it. I than called on or around the 28th and I pushed my withdrawal date back to the 15th of September from the 1st. No problem. Or so I thought. September 5th, NSF of $31.00. Last payday loan here ever.
