I would like to thank one particular staff at this location, CECELIA THA , for going above and beyond on her customer service. I was in a very difficult situation, which in really many staff would have told me to get lost. CECELIA was very understanding, respectful, and sympathetic. More importantly, she wanted to make sure her clients were happy before they leave. I can tell at one point she was getting fed up with my BS, but she never quit until I was happy. Excellent job CECELIA THA, you deserve a managementposition or raise👈👍👏💥💥💥💥💥💥

Don’t bother. This place says they give high interest rates because of the high risk bad credit customers but my credit is in the 650s and they want to charge me almost 50% interest for a line of credit. Are you kidding me? This is taking advantage of people, not helping. I understand there is a cost to business but that’s a damn rip off!!
