DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY TELL YOU!!! My 1st ever complaint like this ever! I did a title loan and admit to my late payments, which were paid the day i told them every time just as I told them!!! I done so because I WAS TOLD I WAS OK TO DO SO AS LONG AS I DID WHAT I SAID! I paid EACH MONTH and picked up within the 30 day late mark, which I was told, "If you simply tell us when you can then there's no problem! I told them and completely met the obligations that I was told! Never towed,NOTHING!! Wow, without loosing a minute sleep, this is one very sorry, pothetic company that FEEDS OFF THE POOR OR PPL IN A BIND regardless of honesty and character. Woops, they have none so I cannot expect it!! LOOSE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
