I haven't used their car loan option, but I have used the "Cash to Payday" option they offer. I personally haven't experienced any issues with their service. They stated a time they had to be paid and that was it, no problems. Afterwards they go through all the paperwork and provide you with proof you have paid what you owe. I've borrowed from this location four times, no issues.Just an added note, if you do borrow from them using their car loan option, the interest is fairly high from what I've seen from other people who have borrowed from them. I wouldn't recommend them for a car loan unless desperate. My rating is based on my own experience and how I borrow from them.
