i’ve purchase a lot of items over years from the cash shop in bulwell and i have always been very please with all my items . joe and marie a such lovely ladies .and are very helpful and always got a smile on there faces

I have been going to the cash shop in bulwell for many years . Never once have I had problem with stuff I have had from the shop. A lot off people blame the staff for the price the things are . And for what you get for taking things in. . Like phones. jewearly . And many other things. The staff only go by what they are told to do. My son Andrew also as had so much stuff from there two. And once again no problems. Joe and Marie are such lovely and always helpfull ladies bless them.

first time going into the Cash shop today after previously going to the shop a few doors down, to find out the prices were allot better, the staff were very helpful and polite. It’s nice to see happy staff in a work place, I will be returning to this shop in the future.😊

Tried to sell a £300 (when new) camera lens here before and was offered £10. I didn't expect my full amount of money back but needless to say I took it into London camera exchange and was offered £120 for the very same lens. I have since never returned on account of their scamming tendencies, however I decided to give them a last try and was offered £30 for a Xbox elite controller that I would get £55 for.

Attention to everyone don't go to this cash shop in bulwell don't ever trust them I brought a iPhone for my boy and he didn't put any credit on it only used it for wifi then I tried putting credit on it and no service I then tried putting a contract sim in and tesco said it was barred am very angry and will look at getting this problem sorted am taking it further it's not the first time they tried selling me a phone what was barred so don't go buy anything phones from here😡😡😡😡😡

Very very unprofessional! Brought brand new item boxed in mint condition with everything (worth £80) which was valued on the basis of unfinished eBay auction at £5. When I've asked why the price is so low, lady advised that there is one auction on eBay with used one and it's £6.50 falling to notice that there is still quite few days till the end of the auction and the fact that the item DEFIENIETLY will not sell for this price.Stay away!

Scratched a clasp on my chain without permission, Shop looks grubby. Not a very nice atmosphere at all.
