Never go to this guy. Outside of his outrageous prices and loan fees, he not willing to provide small cash loans on obvious high cash products. Poor customer service to say the least.

The gentleman running the counter had zero personality and was very short with me and seemed completely un-interested that I came in. I told him I had never been in the shop before and he had no response. He then made me a very low offer on the item that I was trying to pawn stating “they don’t go for much” and I was fine with that however… I noticed there were some watches for sale and was also in the market for one. I said “oh you have some very nice watches I see” His reply was, “yeah they don’t go for much either” in a sarcastic tone. (potential watch sale just lost) Since I was offered three times the amount at another (very friendly) pawn shop and he seemed like he could care less that I was there, I went back to the other pawn shop to conduct my business and told myself I would never go back there again. Very poor customer service.

Me and my husband always go to Dan at Cash on Broadway when I have hardship and need a little extra cash or if I am looking for tools etc. The prices are great and I appreciate the fact that when I call for anything Dan is always on the other end of the line and is always more than fair with his dealings. Always stay nice!!!

Me and my boyfriend bought a ps3 there got it home and we went to try and play it and it was busted and so we took it back in and told him and he pretty much told us that we were liars and that the system worked fine when he brought it in ( the screen had green pixialation and the sound didn't work). So all in all I would never recommend this place to anyone

Owner is an incredibly rude person, wouldn't answer a simple question over the phone (on whether he had a specific bicycle for sale). He immediately hung up both times I attempted to make a call. It set a very unprofessional tone; how somebody like him can make a living doing what he does is beyond me, and anybody reading this review would be far more satisfied taking their business literally anywhere else.
