I have been using the company for about a year. Never had any issues. I have seen people get upset because, they wanted to cash a check but did not have an account setup. Or they were upset that they did not understand the rules and polices of the company. No one there is rude. They treat everyone very well. But, you must have the needed information to open an account, and you must pay when your check is due. It's just that simple. Follow the rules and pay your check and you too will be a happy customer.
