Do your research on items first. Was going to buy a record player but it was 20 dollars more than if you buy it brand new. Same with pool cues had a $40 cue in there for 60 dollars. They will not come down I prices either.

I was in CLS yesterday and was greeted by a employee Shelley who I found very knowledgeable and helpful. It's been a long time since I received such good customer service. I'll definitely check out CLS again.

Do not go to the CLS in Kokomo, IN! They are terrible! I got a loan on an acoustic guitar with no case and recieved it back with dings all along the bottom. It was brand new when I took it in there. When I said something they denied it and barred me from returning. They are dishonest and rude! They were rude before the incident as well. Horrible horrible business.

The store is clean and well organized, and the staff on the day I visited was very polite and helpful. I was looking for a computer monitor, and although they didn't have what I was looking for the clerk was happy to show me all the options available for me to consider. I will go back to browse the next time I am looking for good, used items.
