Do not waste your time with these jokers. They will ask for the same documents several times. I was told the application takes up to 48 hours, mine took 8 days and I was eventually rejected as they said I could not afford the $25 payments per fortnight..They are completely awful at returning calls. My loan manager Jade was literally woeful at her job. They are quick too take your application by the rest is down hill from there. I was told by another micro finance group that they are the laughing stock and that I was unlucky for selecting them as my NILs provider.Do yourself a favour and go else where! Trust me.
