Horrible staff member on phone. I simply called up and politely asked a question regarding an Iphone being in stock, and the insufficient young man told me (in a careless, rude manner) "come down't shop n av a look why don't ya". It wasn't the fact how he handled the situation that bothered me, (although it was extremely impolite), but it was the way he spoke to me like a piece of dirt. I live quite far away from this store and i was looking for my daughters birthday, therefore I called up instead of travelling an hour to the store and chancing it whether there will be an iPhone there or not, and whether it would be within my price range. He didn't even let me explain myself before putting the phone down and was overall a rude person, which reflects badly on this shop as now i have a thought in the back of my mind which makes me feel like all the people in this shop are the same.
