Absolutely shame full. Bought an IPad from a guy called Bob, and he willingly sold it me knowing it was faulty and that I was going to give it to my kid. The iPad could have caused serious injury to my child if the problem went unnoticed. The staff member called Bob should be fired, absolutely disgusting. Never returning until he's gone.

Not usually one to post bad reviews but when you are told to "shut your mouth and get out" by an imbecilic staff member it calls for it. Simply wanted to exchange a fault laptop I was sold and the strangely angry staff member became extremely aggressive and confrontational over appearing to believe we'd called him a liar (we didn't). There are better places available with staff who are actually interested in helping you in Wolverhampton - avoid like the plague.

My own experience with the Wolverhampton Cash Generator store has been a pleasant one. No complaints whatsoever. Good deals to be had, you get good bargains and surely that is all that matters. Who really cares if any staff member has been off hand or not, simple really; walk up to someone else! I've personally found all the staff pleasant and in the 2 years I've shopped there I've had some right deals. You are not there to get on someones Christmas card list, just simply to buy a phone or laptop as cheap as you can, Cash Generator excel at this. 5 stars.

I have never had such a hard time trying to buy something in a shop in my life. I went in today Friday 27/04/2018. I was served by a middle aged Pakistani Gentleman called Bobs, very rude, very agressive, not very knowledgeable about the item I was attempting to buy. I wanted to buy a vape pen that they had for sale in the window. Bobs was not really interested, looking at his watch and massaging his scrawny tattoo riddled forearms. Not sure if he was the weekend boy and came in a day early or if he genuinely couldn't be bothered, either way, disgraceful. "You want it or not" he kept asking, "I'm busy", "You buying or not!". Well guess what Bobs - NOT! you arrogant little rat. Couldn't tell me if it was a sub ohm kit or not, did not know if they sold the coils seperately or not, DID NOT EVEN HAVE A PRICE TO TELL ME! said he'd find out! If you really need to go into Cash Generators, see Reece, far more helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Leave Bobs the rat to his own devices, the arrogant little creep will be no use to you.

Disgraceful! My boyfriend went there on 20/07/2017 and all he done was ask how much a deposit is for a playstation 4 the newbie starter there said "it's £36.00 deposit" and my boyfriend said "I haven't got that much in my pocket" then that guy turned round and gave my boyfriend some cheek by saying this "Go to the bank and get it". That is an outrage. That newbie tool starter trainee should be damn well fired from his job for giving customers cheek like that. End of. Cash Generator, you should be ashamed of yourselves for hiring such a poor excuse of a trainee with no people skills nor professional manners. 1 Star. poor excuse for new staff.
