I rang up earlier today to see if the store had what I wanted in stock, the lady Lucy couldn't be more helpful.. I went into town to collect my items and David and Lucy had already got them out prepared for me, the staff went above and beyond and I got exactly what I wanted, I'd give them 6 stars if I could, great work guys x

bought a 55" tv and ps4 bundle yesterday for £460 and the guy even knocked me £3 off a game to go with the console. will deffo be going back.

I STOPPED COMING HERE A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO DUE TO THE STAFF BEING RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY.I have recently started shopping here again and all the staff are really helpful and friendly. They all are a credit to the store and definitely changed it for the better. Will 100% be returning.

Came In about a week or so ago with a faulty phone I purchased spoke to a gentleman Jake I think his name was very polite and very helpful and helped me solve the problem highly recommend

My partner brought a faulty xbox one controller went to get an exchange or refund the comb over moron behind the counter decided to insult my partner instead of asking what the problem was spoke to the manager got our refund then same comb over moron as we were leaving remarked "cant believe he got his refund" whether he wasn't happy because he had to work on a sunny day not everyone is out to rip people off Wigan is only worth making special trips for and unfortunately cash generator is not one of them anymore
