After phoning cash generator I felt relieved!, I had a bit of an emergency and needed money quick,I had described the TV I had and that I wanted to pawn it and was told 200quid at least but couldn't be sure until they saw it,bring it down I was told,a fare price given!,when we got to the shop the chap who worked there gave the TV a good look at and apologized for only quoting 200quid over phone and did say that they would give proper quote when seen and that now they would offer 300quid and that was low ,I asked for 350+chap asked us to wait a minute while he chatted with workmate, they then came over and after finding out we couldn't get TV back home said sorry and that they could only offer 200quid because I didn't have a receipt!, I pointed out that I'd never ever being asked to provide one and at that exact moment had a new TV in there shop still in box that I didn't have receipt for!,it now just found out that they tried to sell it today but that I through good luck phoned up and found out what they were doing in time for me to get money and get it up there,was told we had 24hours grace on pawn dates to be then told were selling your stuff before 24hours are up is bad news,esspiecially as was short changed on the price I was given for TV,was sold short as was admitted by staff,why was I not given a just price as a honest loyal customer?, the staff know me,again why was I not given a fair price and why in good grace couldn't the shop wait until morning for me to bring money in instead of telling me to go out and find the money!,thanks guys,customer service eh?,not good.
