Very poor customer service. Had a family member purchase a Nokia phone they were advertising on Amazon (through the Market Place).Originally priced £144.00. On calling the store they then increased the price to £179.99.A complaint was made to CashGenerators Head office (Joanne). The original price was then reverted back to £144.Unfortunately the item has never been shipped. The excuse was payment has not been received. Having spoken to Amazon they confirmed sellers only receive payment once they dispatch the item.We have had a call from A & S Holdings (Wales) Ltd (Registered Company name) / Media&Tek (name on Amazon) - CashGenerators to say the order has been cancelled because of a complaint made to head office. Shocking, rude and discriminatory to say the very least.In my opinion I would not recommend business with them. Very poor customer service. The manager Dan is also never available.
