rang once the guy had no clue what he was talking about kept saying umm umm i dunno hang on then said ring back in 15 mins i rang back to speak to a manager in regards to a product the manager was beyond rude (scott sulivian) then was told to ring back in 10 i rang back to get told he was really busy and that i should ring back later. pathetically run business.

hello I had a problem with this store I bought a phone from this store and after I had a lot of trouble the camera did not work the battery did not hold 3 hours and in the description there were not specified any problems related to the battery and room staff room said that the phone running well does not deserve to buy from there are sold many things with hidden defects.

I have used cash converters for over ten years and would give a 5 star rating. But over the last year I have noticed it has gone down hill. It used to be feel more like a family run store and made everyone feel welcome buys and people using buy back due to hard times. Now it does not feel like that. The only person that makes me still use the store is Scott as for over ten years he has made me feel welcome and willing to use. But I do feel it has gone down hill now due to management. I really feel Scott would be great and could turn it back around if he left wouldn't use again to be honest.

I Found all the staff in there very welcoming and happy to help but the one person I find myself getting served the most by is Scott. Scott is very polite, funny, friendly and always trys to bend over backwards to help his customers.

Have used luton store for a long while always get welcomed in with a smile I love talking to staff as are always friendly and chatty have bought many excellent things from store and always happy with buyback prices the manager always working hard to make people happy would definitely recommend a look
