They do have good prices but their guarantee is really blurred policy mostly so be sure to fiddle a little before buying.For selling,i clearly saw on the reflection the shop assistant search the price on CEX and then propose me 20£ lower than i could sell it there unaware that i saw it.More of a take it or leave it store.

If only you could give ratings less than one star but i suppose not all the staff are bad and they can have that one star. They sold me a faulty phone at the end of may early june. I came into the store 2/3 weeks after with an issue, my phone wouldn't let me use any apps because of an 'Overlay issue'. they said they 'fixed' the issue'. almost a week later the same issue started a few days later the issue got worse my phone switched off and wouldnt start again. when i plugged the charger in there would be a flickering battery icon. I handed in my phone a week ago, I asked them is the battery was damaged as it makes sense but they were set on their own conclusion. i picked the phone up today from the store they insisted the phone was damaged by water and it had damaged the internal hard drive. Some how when i switched the phone on in front of the manager it started working again. I appreciated the theatrical act but lm not buying it. when i asked why it was working if the hard drive was damaged by water, the manager got defensive. As i didn't want to argue with a professional thief i decided to leave this honest review. (The manager probably isnt a bad guy, some people choose to make a honest living and some.... well...you can finish the sentence)

staff are friendly enough depends what time of day you catch them at and what department your at. Store is very small and over stocked could do with having a good clear out.

Went in there one day with a brand new drill set worth £150 brand new never been opened , and I received £50 went in there one week later exactly the same thing got offered £30 now that's a big difference, his excuse was the other guy payed me to much, I obv laughed at that and said so only paying £50 for a £150 item isn't cheap enough for you people, i mean cmon even if you only sell it for £100 that's still a nice 100% profit but that's not enough for you people yeah. To to greedy my friend

Great shop and has amazing things for sale and worth the visit and great bargains and been there many times and I also buy games there and they pay good money for your stuff and I sold a projector screen for £25 once and I do have a great look around the store and I seen so many people in that shop
