OMG ower only care about one thing MONEY I went in on Friday got a tablet and the WiFi on it just keep cutting out got told everything not working just bring it back so today went into town and the manager would not let me a refund as the WiFi would work instore but trying to tell him it come and gose he would not have any of it and was very rude I will not be going back here again that him lost a customer that would happy spend money in their now be going to cex to bay and sell my item and would advice everyone elsa too or Elsa where JUST NOT CASH GENERATOR INVERNESS

Never ever answer their phones spent 3 days straight ringing their number. Kinda sucks when you have an item to buy back and can't because nobody picks up

Amazing staff but the owner doesn't care about customers or staff with the way he treats them. Doesn't matter as all four stores will be closing soon so no point shopping here 😊
