Never going in here again the customer service is very poor, I brought a desktop computer from here for £130, at first they said that it was only the little tower box for the price, no monitor, keyboard or mouse, as soon as i said i wanted my money back they soon magically appeared with all 3 to go with it, when I got home they had re installed windows 10 on the HP pro-desk and the sound didn't work, so I had to re install windows and get a Wifi adapter for the Internet that cost me more money.If anyone had any other option don't buy from here !!!

Would Have Been 10**********I Visited Coventry City Store As Required A Replacement Part For My Smok Alien 85 Baby Beast And This Was My First Port Of Call.On Approaching The Counter I Was Cheerfully Greeted By Gemma,I Explained What I Needed To Purchase And After Double Checking Model Numbers within Stock To Ensure Had Exactly The Part I Needed.I Purchased The Items And Sure Enough The Exact Items I Needed.Thankyou Cash Generator And A Massive 10* Thanks To Gemma Your A Star.Many Many ThanksMr Gavin B.(timbuctoo)

Buying experience is okay but selling is very hit and miss. When selling a GoPro Staff didn’t seem to be knowledgeable of the product and offered 50% less than CEX. However when selling a iPhone 6S I was offered £5 more than CEX but the phone was barely checked. The phone was turned on, volume keys checked and turned off. No checking for water damage or screen burn this slightly put me off buying from them again as items don’t seem to be checked as well as CEX.

(I’m awful with names) Again, he went out of his way to assist me, as far as to get a cheeky peck on the cheek off me lol! 😉 On a serious note though, they’re a professional, attentive and just great, all - round team! Graded goods offered ie ex catalogue,ex display,last seasons stock etc. Ref Buy-back(pawnbroking),expect minimum price/high interest -tragic if you're desparate.If you're not in dire straits,shop around or give it a miss!
