DO NOT GO HERE! I was sold a phone here and they never deleted anything off the phone from previous owner it had pictures of drugs and vile content on it when I took it back they refused to refund me or swap it even! Went over the CEX and they helped me out so much! Avoid this place like the plague

I am also very upset with this store and will not be going there again i bought a phone from there for £99.99 and within a week s reen went like a barcode thae guy said you have dropped it or it has had a knock which is untrue so he took it into the market and his friend said it was water damaged which is also a lie so i am taking it to trading standard now as he was not helpful

I am very upset with cash generator in Carmarthen as i did buy last Saturday a guitar amplifier that only works for a few minutes before going mute ( i’ve tried different guitars, cables, channels, etc, but it is a bad amp. The main person serving, Will, know me for years but refuse to give my money back giving different excuses and making me waist my time and petrol to resolve a simple situation that is the fact that he sold me a faulty guitar amp. It’s not the money that I am very upset but the principal. I can not find a phone number to complain or a online complain. Icaro
